Contract of Sales: The duly completed Registration Form together with these Terms and Conditions constitutes the contract of Sales.
Registration: Registration of participants is considered complete upon receipt of the duly filled registration form accompanied by full payment of the course/event fee under either on Cash Option Plan or Online Transfer Payment.
Intellectual Property: Grandpine Capital Sdn Bhd own all intellectual property rights developed and used in the program. The rights to any intellectual property shall not be transferred or assigned to the particpants and the title to all such intellectual property remains with the owner. The participants may only use such materials for personal and educational purposes. They may not distribute, alter any of the intellectual property or the materials, copy or reproduce the contents or sell the intellectual property or the materials to any third parties.
Taping: No audio taping or video taping of the sessions is allowed. General Grandpine Capital reserves the right to change the times, dates, venue or speaker as it deemed necessary without penalty. Grandpine Capital will not be responsible for any cancellation resulting from force majeure occurrence such as strikes, riots, fire, flood, or any other events that may occur beyond its control but will use its best efforts to re-schedule a replacement course/event where possible.
Refund Policy: No Refunds. All sales are final, and the Company does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.
Marketing Purposes: Grandpine Capital reserves the right to use the participant’s testimonials, videos, audio, images and likeness for marketing and promotional purposes. All notices or other communications must be made to the address specified in the Registration Form.
